regarding activties at workshops in Dubai located at the Al Quoz Industrial Area and Sheik Zayed Road, we would like to clarify the following circumstances:
- These workshops are run by Mr. Ibrahim Al Hamadi and are in no way approved by or connected with foilacar Europe LTD or foilacar Middle East FZE.
- Despite the unauthorised use of our registered trademarks and corporate design, the current operators of these workshops are not officially licensed foilacar® and DUGuard® establishments.
- Therefore, please note that such workshops are not operated according to our sophisticated foilacar® German Quality Guidelines that include strict quality control measures regarding material, processing and handcraft competence.
UPDATE ON INFRINGEMENT OF OUR TRADEMARKS
- Despite previous attempts to stop the infringement of our trademarks by Mr. Ibrahim Al Hamadi, he illegally continues to use our registered trademarks foilacar® and DUGuard®.
Therefore, foilacar Europe LTD and foilacar Middle East FZE are taking legal action against Mr. Al Hamadi in order to stop this continuing trademark infringement. We are determined to bring these unacceptable practices to an end as soon as possible.

Our new worldwide foilacar® On-Site Service makes our renowned foil-finishing services available all over the globe.
The first trip takes our foilacar® Mobile Excellence Team to Cairo, Egypt. We will seal a Grigio Silverstone Ferrari 430 Scuderia 2008, a Porsche GT2 2008, two Maserati Quattroporte 2008 and a Mercedes C280 2008 with transparent car protection foil.

foilacar® Dubai applied its exclusive 3-D effect foil "Carbon Matt Black" to one of the world's most marveled at super sportscars, the Bugatti Veyron.

04.04.2008 - foilacar® labelled all Arab Runners 2008
Arab Runners took the streets of Dubai and freeways of UAE by storm with a high powered show of super cars - and foilacar® Dubai was responsible for the hottest race design labelling of the year.
Exclusively for Arab Run 2008, foilacar® perpared the race designs of all 50 Arab Runners, including such astonishing cars like a Bugatti Veyron (the fastest and most powerful road-going vehicle in the world), a Rolls Royce Phantom Drophead and the Ferrari F 430 of Max and Jolie Cooper, inventors of the legendary Gumball 3000 race.
Team foilacar® took part in the race, as well. Mr. Swen Roters, founder of foilacar® Dubai and foilacar® Europe took a Porsche Cayenne S to the streets, kindly provided by Porsche Center Dubai.

For the Transsyberia Rally 2007, foilacar® is proud to be the partner of Dubai-based Al-Nabooda Racing Team.
We finished the Porsche Cayenne S Transsyberia of famous driver Karim Al-Azhari with an exclusive rally foil design. The foil was applied by foilacar® Germany directly at the Porsche Center in Stuttgart-Zuffenhausen, Germany.
